IG Loyalty OS terms of sale and licence. Last updated 24 September 2026.
These terms apply when you buy an IG Loyalty OS template. The seller is Japonica Heights Pty Ltd, trading as IG Loyalty OS, PO Box 3380, Australia Fair, Southport, QLD 4215, Australia.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
A licence to install and use an Instagram automation template in accounts that you own or manage on behalf of a client. Delivery is an install link, sent by email immediately after payment. You are not buying software that we host, and you are not buying an ongoing service. Once installed, the template lives in your own account and is yours to edit.
THE AUTOMATION PLATFORM IS SEPARATE
These templates require a paid plan on the third party automation platform they install into. That platform is a separate company. You pay them directly. We have no control over their pricing, their platform, or their uptime, and that subscription is not part of this purchase. If the platform changes or removes a feature these templates rely on, we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot promise a platform we do not own will stay the same.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
- Install the template in Instagram accounts you own.
- Install it for clients as part of work you do for them.
- Edit any part of it, including the wording, the rewards and the point values.
- Keep using it for as long as you like. The licence does not expire.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
- You may not resell, resupply, sublicense, share, gift or redistribute the template, the install link, or any part of its contents.
- You may not repackage it, in whole or in part, as your own product or template, whether free or paid.
- You may not publish the install link anywhere, publicly or privately, including in communities, courses, memberships or file shares.
- You may not use it to create a competing product for sale.
Installing it for a client is fine. Handing a client, a friend or a group the install link so they can install it themselves is not. One purchase covers one buyer. By buying, you accept these restrictions.
If the install link is shared or the template is resold, we may revoke the licence, without a refund, and may recover losses and costs where the law allows.
WORKING-INSTALL GUARANTEE AND SUPPORT
Purchases are covered by our Working-Install Guarantee, set out in our Refund Policy: if the template is not running within 30 days, we work through it with you by email until it is. To be eligible you must have followed the install guide, contacted us within 30 days of purchase, and not breached the restrictions above. Email support is included with every purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.
WHAT WE PROMISE, AND WHAT WE DO NOT
We promise the template is what the product page describes, that it installs, that we will help you if it does not, and that we stand behind the Working-Install Guarantee as written. We do not promise any particular commercial result. How many followers join, how much engagement you get and whether it makes you money depends on your audience, your rewards and how you run it.
RUNNING PROMOTIONS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
If your program includes a prize draw or giveaway, complying with Instagram's promotion rules and with the law where you and your entrants live is your responsibility. In Australia some states require a permit depending on the prize value. We provide the automation, not legal advice.
YOUR CUSTOMERS' DATA
The template runs inside your own account on that platform. Anyone who joins your program is your contact, and their data stays with you. We do not receive it, store it or have access to it. You are responsible for how you handle it and for getting consent where the law requires it.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or under equivalent consumer law where you live.
LIABILITY
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
LAW
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
